May 2022
We all throughly enjoyed some park runs this month, and some took on the Bideford 10k and some dived into the challenge of the Ivybridge 10k.
Two of our members took part in the Race the Tide event, a Pure Trail event that took place in scenic Mothecombe, South Devon. The pair ran through leafy woodland paths and over the smooth estuary crossing.
