Parking is free in the Milehouse Park & Ride and Mayflower car parks, both of which border Central Park.

BIKE
There are bike lockers in Milehouse Park & Ride car perk, and bike racks can be found outside the Plymouth Life Centre.

BUS
The number 60 bus regularly services Milehouse Park & Ride, and the numbers 34, 59, and 61 operate on the nearby A386 Outland Road (northwest of the Park). Alma Road (south of the Park) is serviced by the number 2, 2A, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 43, 51, 61, and 70 buses.
